Role Description
The Customer Service Advisor will serve as the primary point of contact between the company and its customers.
The role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through handling inbound calls, outbound calls, and digital service interactions addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
The advisor is expected to uphold the company’s service standards while contributing to the overall performance of the call center operation.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• Experience in contact center up to 2 years
• Proficient in using computer systems, and basic office software (Microsoft Office Suite).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent active listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-focused with a professional and positive approach.
• Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
• Fluency in English is a must.
• Experience in the fintech industry is a plus
