🔹 What You’ll Do:
✔ Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
✔ Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
✔ Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
✔ Support training and development initiatives.
✔ Address employee concerns and promote a positive workplace culture.
✔ Implement HR policies and best practices.
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
✅ 2-4 years of HR experience.
✅ Strong knowledge of HR functions, local labor laws, and best practices.
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
✅ HR certification (preferred).
✅ Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software (Menaitech experience is a plus).
