Accomplishments:
- Lead and mentor a team of business analysts, providing guidance and support in project execution, problem-solving, and professional development.
- Conduct in-depth write-ups of client requirements and prepare business requirements documents (BRD)
- Prepare System Requirement Specifications by gathering the Requirements for business documents (SRS, BRS/AS-IS) and (SRS, BRS/TO-BE).
- Building the requested business deliverables documents according to the business project plan including Scope Diagram, Use Case Specifications, and User Case Details.
- Collaborate with the sales & marketing team to find opportunities for existing clients’ expansion of services.
- Achieving client satisfaction and client loyalty.
- Perform Additional tasks within knowledge and capabilities as requested.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
- 8+ years in business analysis or system analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and VISIO
- Extraordinary communication skills and Strong client orientation and strategic thinking.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Problem-solving and Solution Suggestions.
