مطلوب للعمل لدى شركة امنية في الاردن Marketing Broadband Manager - 5G and 4G



Job Brief:

Responsible for assisting in the development of Umniah Home Broadband proposition in the market. Also, responsible for creating and managing mainly the wireless broadband segment and to ensure meeting customers’ needs through developing products and services, and achieving the targets. As one of the main projects that will be led by manager is to launch Umniah 5G once decided.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and plan home broadband products/services for consumer market that match customer needs and enable the company to become the preferred provider for home internet services (mainly wireless (5G)).
  • Launch Umniah 5G.
  • Create and review business cases for new products/services to maximize the product revenue, impact, and customers
  • Liaise with the product development, IT, Network, and Marketing Communications department to ensure a successful implementation and launch of the agreed products/services roadmap.
  • Ensure successful launch for new products/services across several communications channels (traditional and non-traditional channels).
  • Think out of the box to introduce creative and new products/services for the consumer market that enhance the customers’ way of living and meet the customers’ needs.
  • Support direct manager in preparing the yearly strategy plan for the home broadband segment in order to increase the company market share, segment revenues, reduce churn rate and increase customers’ lifetime value.
  • Monitor and analyze home broadband customers base (mainly wireless (5G)) by developing reports to extract insights in terms of data consumption behavior, revenue, churn and internet contents interests.
  • Track and evaluate new products and services in terms of customers’ base and revenues and make sure product matches the plans.
  • Deal with sales feedback and related complaints received from end users through front liners such as customer care, back office, and social media channels to take the best action in order to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

Education:

Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or any other related field. Master degree in Marketing, Industrial Engineering is a plus.

Level of Experience:

Advanced Experience in a related field.

Certification & Licensure:

Essential:
  • Certified Marketing Manager (CMM)
  • PMP

Desirable:
  • Microsoft Excel Certification
  • Power BI and Data Visualization Certification

Tools & Systems:

Essential:
  • Excellent command of Analytics & Marketing tools (Power BI, Alteryx, etc.)
  • A working knowledge of Big Data platforms, DWH, CRM, and Billing Systems

Desirable:
  • A working knowledge of SAS (enterprise miner, campaign management system, etc.)

Technical Skills & Knowledge:

Essential:
  • Excellent knowledge of wireless broadband technologies and market especially 5G.
  • Excellent knowledge of SWOT analysis
  • Excellent knowledge of competitive analysis
  • Excellent command of transferring data into business decisions
  • Excellent knowledge of project planning and project management fundamentals
  • Excellent knowledge of product Life-Cycle Management especially launching new products
  • Excellent knowledge of customers’ experience management

Desirable:
  • Good knowledge of sales channels
  • Excellent command of negotiation techniques
