The Retail Sales Supervisor - NISSAN will be responsible for assisting the Sales manager in leading, directing and motivating sales consultants to perform their sales tasks from greeting till closure and car delivery in a professional manner ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. He/she will also evaluate sales tools and techniques and will ensure their appropriateness with the company’s overall objectives and strategies. The retail sales supervisor will maintain showroom attire up to highest standards and ensures proper vehicle display status and employees professional look and attitude towards customers and the overall business.
