Job description

The holder of this position shall provide HR support services and guidance to departments and employees, such as recruitment, performance appraisal and adopted policies and procedures.




Duties & Responsibilities: 




Keeps employee records up to date by processing employee status changes in timely fashion.

Maintains listing of approved positions along with assigned salary grade levels.

Processes personnel action forms and ensures proper approvals; disseminates approved forms.

Assists in hiring process by coordinating job posting on the website, reviewing resumes, and performing interviews and reference checks.

Maintains the employee handbook with updated resolutions and other pertinent information, as needed.

Initiates employment requisitions and follows up on job postings and applicant referrals.

Processes new hire and applicant tracking paperwork and ensures the accuracy and completeness of employment documents.

Assists with budget preparation and monitor expenditures for specific areas.

Assists in the implementation of the performance appraisal process through distributing, collecting and analyzing performance results.

Assist the HR manager in all development initiatives.

Creates, amends and reviews job description cards as per work requirements.

Handles exit interviews with separating employees.

Prepares and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management.



Requirements:




Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or any related field.

(2-4 years of Experience)



Skills & Abilities: 




Advanced Communication Skills

Advanced Presentation Skills

Excellent command of English language (writing, reading, speaking)

Computer literacy such as e-mail, Microsoft office: Word, Excel and Powerpoint

Accuracy, thoroughness, and precision.

Strong quantitative and analytical competency

Time management
