Position: Application Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage, Control and follow up the teams who support all running applications in the organization.
- Acting as a project manager for any new application project, works with project teams to help implement and development, facilitates team meetings effectively and holds regular status meetings with team.
- Analyze and develop a custom solutions to meet the business need.
- Tracking the status of projects, including scheduling, budget usage and success rates.
- Interacts with all department needs, on all levels and provide all support and help to resolve application issues and provides answers in a timely fashion by Escalating and routing complex or unsolved problems to second level support specialists.
- Understand all business processes on all levels in the organization and Identify opportunities and recommend solutions that will enhance or improve current business processes.
- Communicate with the vendors for service level agreements and ensure that they are annually met and hire contractors and outsourcers when necessary to assure the company has all of the best-of-breed technologies and services at its disposal.
- Ensure the involvement of regulatory compliance staff whenever a new system or application affects compliance with regulations and review any significant change for regulatory compliance.
- Assist the IT Director duties and responsibilities in case of his absence.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
- Minimum of 6 year experience working as an Oracle ERP.
- Excellent experience in Oracle E-Business Suite Supply Chain, Financials and Process Manufacturing – 10 years’ experience minimum.
- Strong Oracle database knowledge (SQL, PL/SQL, and basic administration) - 10 years of experience minimum.
- Strong Linux/Unix and Python scripting knowledge (best practices, limitations, error handling ...) - 5 years of experience minimum.
- 5 Years’ experience in Forms & Reports 10g, 11g, Bi Publisher and xml publisher.
- Strong experience in Oracle Apex, Java Script, html and CSS.
- Good knowledge of Oracle Application Cloud 22D (SAS) is plus.
- Good knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (PAS) is plus.
