Mindset, a regional social and market research firm based in Amman, is looking to hire an Operations Officer / Quality Assurance with the below qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience related to market research or project management
• Very good command of written and spoken English and a native Arabic speaker
• Excellent command of Microsoft office
• BA in Business industrial Engineering or any related field.
• Acute understanding of resource allocation
• Detail oriented
• Adept problem solver and decision maker
• Good experience in Risk management
Some of the responsibilities include:
• Build reporting processes for the division
• Commit with the projects’ checklist
• Highlight the key quality issues for each project
• Build preventive quality plan
• Do a proper Quality reporting
• Do the part timers quality measurers
• Manage the performance evaluation process for researchers
• Do field Monitoring & Evaluation visits and plans.
