Process Engineer in our office in Amman, Jordan or Limassol, Cyprus, or Dubai, UAE.
As Process Engineer at Equiti you will be responsible for the processes design, operation and implementation across the Company Group. The successful candidate will be able to improve processes to maintain efficiency, reduce cost, improve sustainability and maximize profitability.
Responsibilities
Document existing processes, policies & procedures.
Assess processes, take measurements and interpret data.
Work with the relevant stakeholders to design and upgrade processes.
Develop best practices and innovative solutions to improve efficiency and quality of output.
Track metrics to discover areas for improvement and monitor upgrades.
Provide instructions for successful implementation of process changes.
Communicate findings and proposals to upper management.
Utilize process simulation software to test and find the most appropriate production strategies.
Create and prioritize technical requirements in collaboration with key stakeholders and technical teams.
Skills & Competencies
Advanced knowledge of process-related standards
Experience in process simulations
Strong analytical skills
The ability to quantify large amounts of data
Advanced Problem-solving skills
Experience Requirements
4+ years of experience in business process management
Proven work experience in process engineering
Working knowledge and experience in an Agile Scrum environment
Financial industry experience is a plus
Six Sigma Certification (Yellow Belt or higher)
Fluent in English
