·        Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field.
·        A minimum of 2 years of Customer Service experience·
·        Excellent English both spoken and written.
·        Excellent communication skills.
·        Professional appearance at all times.
·        Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
