King Hussein Foundation/ Queen Noor Foundation; a national, non-governmental organization (NGO) is seeking qualified candidates to fill the following vacancy:
> Information Technology Specialist
Responsible for Installing, configuring, managing, and monitoring installed software and hardware, proactively ensuring the availability of systems and infrastructure, monitoring the local area network (LAN), as well as setting up new users and workstations with access to the intranet. She/He will liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problems’ solutions and will perform server administration tasks including user/group administration and security. She/He will participate in the design of information and operational support systems’ permissions, and group policies and will also be responsible for IT support (basic help desk and in-depth technical support).
Minimum Requirements: BSc/BA in Information Technology (CS, CIS) or other related fields, 2 years minimum relevant experience, knowledge in network administration, systems administration, MS Windows Server 2012, Active Directory, Microsoft/Office 365, firewalls management (preferably Fortinet), backup solution management (preferably Veeam).
