We are looking for a Junior Quality and Information Security Management officer with the following responsibilities and requirements;
The Quality and Information Security Management officer is responsible for the implementation and monitoring of all Quality and Information security management systems components and initiate enhancement programs to improve efficiency and effectiveness of system and processes. Also, contributes in risk assessments and internal audits (quality and ISMS related audits) to ensure that the internal processes are complying with applicable standards, regulations, and guidance (e.g. ISO9001 & 27001) and to minimize hazards and risks as much as possible.
Job Responsibilities:
- Understand, implement and follow up on ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards controls.
- Understand, implement and follow up on all Extensya policies, procedures and SLAs.
- Understand and participate in performing risk assessment activities.
- Participate in developing and implementing the internal audit procedure including;
a) Prepare audit plans.
b) Conduct audits on specific areas.
c) Follow up on finding fixation and ensure finding closure.
d) Prepare audit reports
- Determines Quality and security violations and inefficiencies by conducting periodic audits and checks on internal controls and prepare reports.
- Prepare reports and presentations regarding Quality and information security systems to the direct manager, head of department and chairman.
- Prepare and conduct information security and quality awareness session programs.
- Participate in creating quality and information security management systems policies, procedures, standards, SLAs, OLAs and alerts.
Job Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s (BSC) degree in IT or other Engineering.
- Junior: 0-3 year of experience in IT or Security.
- Self-learning and adaptability skills.
- Self-Management.
- Self-motivated.
- Follow – Up skills.
- Attentive & Attention to details.
- Problem Solving.
- Excellent English skills.
- Excellent communication & Interpersonal skills.
- Excellent Presentation skills.
- Excellent Computer Skills [ MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint].
