Executive - Industrial Engineering
(BASED AT JORDAN)
To ensure the establishment of best practices within the Work Study Department thereby, contributing to the overall productivity of the plant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate at the Style briefing to gather/ understand relevant details with regard to new styles.
- Estimate the machine requirement one month prior to the GSD and give details to the maintenance team in a timely manner.
- Identify best handling methods by working with the method lab whilst also, identifying the best work place arrangements for operations.
- Prepare documentation such as the QCO Report, FIF updates.
- Conduct Machine option audits in order to improve machine option usage.
- Work on special projects as per management requirements and in order to do improvements streamline and increase the effectiveness & efficiency of the processes.
- Ensure that the environment, safety and health standards of the organization are adhered to whilst actively contributing towards promoting a culture of safety and environmental consciousness within and outside the organization.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree/Diploma from a textile institute or other relevant qualification with 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a similar capacity
- Knowledge on GSD
- Good Analytical skills
- Knowledge in health and safety standards
