HR Specialist – Performance

Department

Job Description: 

Manage and implement the core OD processes including but not limited to performance management; talent management and their application to drive business performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, monitor, and implement the performance management system in the company where our people are regularly and effectively talking with their managers, so they and the business are performing and developing.
  • Develop realistic and measurable performance and (KPIs) for each function within the organization
  • Provide strategic advice and guidance on the performance management framework
  • Diagnose to identify key organizational development opportunities
  • Lead engagement survey activity, including the development and implementation of actions which will turn the dial for us as an organization
  • Coordinate and facilitate the communication to all staff about performance issues including the preparation of reports for managers, committees, and giving presentations
  • Devise and implement policies and strategies for the development of departmental performance matters.
  • Managing relationships, developing, and maintaining personal credibility with senior stakeholders

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field   
  • 2 – 4 years of experience as in HR field
  • Knowledge of labor law and social security
  • Knowledge and familiarity with HR best practices
  • Experience working with an HR Information System.
  • Proficiency in English
  • Expert in Excel and good knowledge in other Microsoft Office applications
  • Good knowledge in preparing and analyzing reports
  • Good knowledge in performance management systems and approaches
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
