Job Responsibilities :
- Execute import and export shipment end to end.
- Ability to handle both LCL and FCL shipments and hazardous.
- Arranging for DO and B/L collection.
- Handle multiple shipments end to end at the same time.
- Well-motivated and capable to handle freight forwarding operations independently without supervision.
- Timely and accurate scheduling of hazardous and non-hazardous bookings.
- Arranging Customs clearance and documentation.
- Submit shipping instructions.
- Monitor suppliers’ invoices and performance.
- Complete job costing and billing.
- Follow company SOPs and achieve KPIs.
- Follow the end to end shipment cycle and support in maintaining business.
- update shipment status.
Job Requirements (Experience and education):
- Bachelor’s degree in business or any other field
- 3-4 years of relevant working experience in the Freight Forwarding and Logistics industry
- Experience in operations and broad knowledge of regulations.
- Excellent MS office skills: Word, Excel and Power Point
- Good commands in professional emails writing
- Well organized, able to handle stress, with experience in costing and operations.
- Knowledge of local and international requirements and regulations.
- Ability to handle multiple shipments at the same time.
- IMDG experience and Cargo Wise are plus.
