Sea Freight Supervisor ( مشرف الشحن البحري )
The above-mentioned position subject to the below qualification:
- Bachelor degree
- experience in the same field (3-7 years)
- Strong Communication skills
- Strong time management skills
- Fluency in English is required (reading, writing and speaking).
- Advances level knowledge in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience in All sea freight related Tasks, Export, import, Cross Booking
- Previous experience within Freight Management
- Experience in freight Market, Shipping Lines, rates …….etc
- Excellent customer care skills are required
- The ability to maintain good team morale to ensure high performance standards
- Have a good sales skill?
- Manage and monitor Sea Freight team’s day to day operation, works to set objectives and strategies for the department, directs and prioritizes the workload of subordinate personnel
- Provides training and Builds and strengths partnership with internal and external business partners
- Executes and oversees import/export logistic processes,
- Communicates with all touch points in the supply chain [ agent, carriers, truckers, customs brokers, ………etc )
- Maintains schedule of all incoming international shipments.
- Yearly Carriers contract negotiation. Monthly contract negotiation and implements.
- Prepare and share reports.
