2. Onboarding Specialist
We are looking for an Onboarding Specialist at Opensooq, the candidate will be responsible for facilitating the implementation process for new accounts, assisting new customers, ensuring their correct adaptation to the platform, and helping solve technical issues.
This job will provide you the opportunity to work among some of the best IT specialists, as well as the diversity of different clients in different locations. Therefore, commuting with your car is required.
Job duties:
- To help new clients to set-up their accounts, populate their data, apply policies, and train their employees on how to use the system.
-To create handover documents, delivery presentations, and technical reports for each project as per provided templates.
-Conduct client meetings.
-Proactively solve client issues should they arise.
-Keep regular contact with customers to keep them updated on progress of their projects.
Required qualifications and skills:
-Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology or any equivalent experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
-Experience in Magento software is preferred.
-1-3 years’ experience in customer service or sales, experience in a tech company is an advantage.
-Fluent in Arabic and English, fluency in English speaking and writing is a must.
