Job Responsibilities
- Provide support through approved mechanisms, work directly with end-users to identify, investigate, and resolve technical issues across the assigned applications and their ecosystems.
- Develop quality reports to support business processes.
- Assist in training sessions to ensure user proficiency on the assigned business applications.
- Participate and support the roll out of new changes.
- Monitor system health and alerts, work closely with other departments to ensure effectiveness.
- Ensure all system issues are logged, prioritized, and tracked through the resolution stage.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or other related fields.
- Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Patience and understanding.
- Exemplary attendance and punctuality.
- Knowledge in Structured Query Language (SQL).
- Willing to learn and develop.
- 0-3 years experience.
