Quality Assurance Engineer at Jawaker role
As Quality Assurance Engineer you’re responsible for testing Jawaker application to ensure that product meet requirements, and requires collaboration with Customer support, Designers, developers and other product development members. Role is focused on testing the application from the user interface and the business logic of the software and maintain documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of the software. And implementing automation cases and troubleshooting old scripts.

Job Qualifications:
- Must be a Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related fields
- (0-1) year of experience and preferably a fresh graduates with QA OJT (On-the-job-training) experience
- Ability to problem solve, attention to detail and multi-task effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Independent, hard working, creative, focused, and organized
- Involvement in all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle; experience in Agile methodology an advantage
- Demonstrates an understanding of some Quality Assurance fundamentals, strategies and technologies
- Playing cards/games an advantage
- Background in Automation testing an advantage
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform all aspects of product testing including functional, component, regression and exploratory testing
- Documents and presents all findings, and track defects resolution and progress
- Implements software quality plans and analyzes test results
- Tracks and communicates testing status
- Bug reporting, verification and tracking in JIRA.
- Works closely with the team to understand the requirement specifications and ensure on-time completion of the testing
- Initiate, identify and implement improvements to the test processes and procedures
- Providing assistance to the team in troubleshooting and resolving bugs
- Participate in regular Standup meetings
- Writing automation scripts and troubleshooting automation scripts issues
