We are hiring Collection Officer
Requirement:
- Education: Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or any related field.
- Experience: Minimum 0 - 1 Years of experience.
Required Skills :
- Good in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
- Good communication skills.
- Good Spoken and Written English.
- Customer service attitude
Responsibilities :
- Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts.
- Plan course of action to recover outstanding payments.
- Locate and contact debtors to inquire of their payment status.
- Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans.
- Handle complaints
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies.
- Create trust relationships with debtors when possible, to avoid future issues
- Update account status and database regularly
- Comply with requirements when legal action is unavoidable if you are.
