Job Summary:
Introducing strategic alignment between Internal Communication and External communication by focusing on brand positioning as employer of Choice both internally and externally. HR communications play a role in building and introducing new ways to reach employees by creating a heartbeat of communications that helps all employees feel fully engaged and reach external audience through different tools and channels as well. The communications team also enables the flow of communication between youth, universities and internal owners.
Main Responsibilities, will include but will not be limited to:
- Lead the development and delivery of our internal communications and engagement strategy, creating powerful stories and keeping the complex simple.
- Develop tactics that help all employees understand what the organization is trying to do, and what their role is in making that happen.
- Advise on different communication, particularly regarding ensuring consistency and coherency of messages.
- Manage communication channels it terms of creating and writing content and captions internally & externally.
- Creating designs, Surveys and different tools upon internal owners’ requests.
- Shape the employee experience and develop the intranet and internal channels accordingly.
- Build KPIS that measures communication insight, reach and engagement.
- Create and edit employee handbooks and documents related to internal communication as applicable in both languages English and Arabic.
- Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Social Media Skills.
- Content Writing.
- Designing Skills using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Excellent verbal and writing in English.
