ملخص العمل
تحت الإشراف المباشر لمدير الهندسة والتطوير ، يكون اختصاصي نمذجة معلومات البناء (BIM) مسؤولاً عن قيادة فريق مصممي النماذج ثلاثية الأبعاد ورسامي محطة CAD ، لتنفيذ جميع النماذج والنماذج الرقمية ثلاثية الأبعاد التفصيلية لمجموعة متنوعة من المشاريع سواء الجديدة أو ذات الصلة الحالية تخطط لتقنيات المسح ثلاثي الأبعاد التي سيتم استخدامها كأساس لسير عمل BIM وإعداد النظام الأساسي الخاص به الذي يوفر ميزات تخطيط وتصميم وبناء وإدارة وتشغيل المشاريع بالإضافة إلى المصانع الحالية كما يوفر أخيرًا أدوات إعداد التقارير الأساسية لاتخاذ القرارات الإستراتيجية. المفهوم الوظيفي للجوانب الفنية والمالية للأعمال.
الواجبات التنفيذية والفنية
- توفير القيادة والإشراف المباشر لفرق تصميم التصميم ضمن إرشادات إعداد سير عمل BIM وإدارة تنفيذ BIM على البرامج ذات الصلة وتقنيات المسح ثلاثي الأبعاد للمشاريع واسعة النطاق.
- التواصل بفعالية وتقديم الدعم عبر الفريق لضمان توافق النموذج مع المعايير والأهداف المحددة في خطة تنفيذ BIM ومعايير سير عمل مشروع BIM.
- قم بتطوير نتائج وميزات BIM لتمكين استخراج البيانات بناءً على نظام BIM الأساسي بما في ذلك استراتيجية الخطة الرئيسية ورسومات البناء والرسومات المبنية والبيانات التشغيلية ووضع العلامات وتحليل التكلفة والتصميم والتوثيق الوظيفي كمنهجية مع الاستخدام الكامل لبرنامج BIM والأدوات.
- التعاون والتنسيق مع الأطراف الداخلية و / و الخارجية لتحديث تغييرات التصميم وتغييرات النموذج على منصة BIM.
- البحث عن برمجيات جديدة ذات صلة بـ BIM والمساعدة في تطوير الأعمال التجارية لمواكبة التطورات الجديدة في BIM.
- تخطيط وجدولة العمل الهندسي ضمن الإطار الزمني المخطط له.
- إعداد / مراجعة تقدير التكلفة ودراسات الجدوى لمشاريع BIM المدرجة في الميزانية.
- تطوير ومراجعة وإدارة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية لضمان التحسين المستمر لجوانب العمل.
- مراجعة إعداد وثائق مناقصة مشروع BIM وشروط العقد ، ثم تطوير ومراجعة معايير تقييم العروض الفنية ، والتفاوض مع مقدمي العطاءات ، ومتابعة عملية الشراء لمشروع BIM.
- الإشراف على الجوانب الفنية لإدارة سلامة العمليات ذات الصلة من خلال تطوير أنشطة هيئة تنظيم الاتصالات لأنشطة العمل إذا لزم الأمر.
- أداء الوظائف الإدارية مثل قيادة اجتماع المراجعة اليومية والأسبوعية ، وكتابة التقارير ، وإدارة ميزانية نفقات التشغيل للأعمال ذات الصلة.
متطلبات العمل
- درجة البكالوريوس في: الهندسة المعمارية أو الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الهندسة المدنية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مشاريع BIM مماثلة مع معرفة ممتازة بممارسات وسياسات BIM والبرامج والمعايير.
- مهارات ممتازة في برنامج النمذجة ثلاثية الأبعاد: AutoCAD ، Revit ، Civils 3D ، Microstation ، إلخ.
- الإلمام بتطبيقات تصور التصميم مثل Autodesk 360 (Cloud Rendering) و 3D Studio Max و Navisworks.
- الإلمام بتقنيات المسح ثلاثي الأبعاد وتطبيقات التصور ذات الصلة.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة كتابية ولفظية (باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية).
- قدرات قيادية ممتازة
- لاعب فريق ويمكنه العمل مع بيئة فريق.
- مهارات حاسوبية ممتازة (MS Office ، MS Projects).
- خبرة جيدة في جميع مجالات التخصص الهندسي ضمن نطاق العمل.

Job Description
Job Summary
Under the direct supervision of Engineering & Development Manager , Building Information Modeling (BIM) Specialist is Responsible for leading 3D modelers team and CAD station draftsmen, to carry out all detailed digital 3D models and Prototypes for a variety of projects either new or related to existing plans 3D scanning technologies that to be used as the basis for BIM workflows and its platform setup that providing the features of planning, designing, constructing, managing and operating of projects as well existing plants models as that finally Provides the essential reporting tools for strategic decisions considering the functional concept of business technical & financial aspects.
Executive & Technical Duties
- Providing leadership and direct supervision for the design modeling teams within BIM workflows setup guidelines and Managing BIM implementation on related supporting software and 3D scan technologies for large-scale projects.
- Communicate effectively and offer cross-team support to Ensure that the model aligns with the standards and goals set in BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria.
- Develop BIM outcomes & features to enable extracting data based on the discipline BIM platform including the master plan strategy, construction drawings, As-built drawings, operational data, tagging, cost analysis, design & functional documentation as a methodology with full utilization of BIM software and tools.
- Collaborate and coordinate with internal or/and external parties to update design-changes and model changes on the BIM platform.
- Researching new BIM related software and assisting in business development approaching to Keep up to date for new BIM developments.
- Planning and scheduling the engineering work within the planned time frame.
- Prepare/Review cost estimation and feasibility studies for the budgeted BIM projects.
- Develop, Review and Manage KPIs to ensure continuous improvement of work aspects.
- Review the preparation of BIM project tender documents and condition of contract, and then Develop, Review the criteria for technical offers evaluation, bidders' negotiation, following up procurement process for BIM project.
- Oversee technical aspects for related process Safety Management through developing TRA for work activities if required.
- Perform administrative functions such as leading daily and weekly reviewing meeting, writing reports, and managing the operating expense budget of related work.
Skills
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in: Architecture Engineering, Mechanical engineering, or Civil engineering.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in similar BIM projects with Excellent knowledgeable about BIM practices and policies, software, and standards.
- Excellent skills in the 3D modeling software: AutoCAD, Revit, Civils 3D, MicroStation, etc.
- Familiarity with Design Visualization applications such as Autodesk 360 (Cloud Rendering), 3D Studio Max and Navisworks.
- Familiarity with 3D scan technologies & the related Visualization applications.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal (English & Arabic).
- Excellent leadership capabilities
- Team player and can work with a team-based environment.
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office, MS Projects).
- Good experience background in all fields of engineering specialization within the entry scope of work.
- Excellent planning capabilities
