Chemical Engineer (Operation Shift Supervisor)
Roles and Requirements:
Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, with at least 3 years of experience in chemical plants as shift supervisor, is required to satisfy the main job tasks, including but not limited to:
Ensure plant is running as per production plan sent by management.
Follow-up on implementing operation and safety procedures.
Supervise and assign specific responsibilities to Crewmembers.
Follow up on employees issues together with area superintendent, and maintain good healthy environment of work for employees.
Good knowledge in dealing with distributed Control System DCS.
Participate in Emergency teams
