Responsibilities :
- Develop and update the organization’s job descriptions
- Forecast hiring needs and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly
- Assist in the development of policies & procedures
- Complete & process paperwork for newly hired employees
- Update the employees’ records
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates
- HR background is a plus ( Major – course or diploma)
-Excellent user for Microsoft ( word – excel and PowerPoint)
-Excellent written and verbal English
